what @ordinarybutloud said! :) Thanks for keeping xanga alive while the rest of us slack off muahahah
@kaiori - actually, for the record i do feel a real post building.
The scary part is that artificial intelligence on the part of someone wanting to sell you something is often more accurate than the human intelligence of people who say they love you wanting to give you something. I’ve still got a gift from my second wife hanging in its original packaging on my garage wall just in case it might some day become useful to me — 24 years later. On the up side, though, I haven’t yet discarded it because it might actually become useful some day. Close, but still no seegar.
Are you referring to elevator rides? I suppose the soothing and non-claustrophobic version of Light My Fire by the Doors is probably what the A.I. had in mind…..
So crazy it leaves you in awe!
It’s as if Clear Channel took over Pandora. It used to play more of a variety of music I hadn’t heard. Stuff that actually made sense. Now I constantly find myself thinking, didn’t they just play that earlier today? Why do these different stations play mostly the same songs? And how did it just go from this to Motown?
If that’s what artificial intelligence is, what’s artificial intellect?

That’s my Pandora experience
@dirtbubble - yeah it seems like pretty much all the AI (or at least “expert”) selection algorithms are similarly not very intelligent.

“Not Just Knee Deep” is running through my head
i get my artificial intelligence in a coffee cup.
Imagine my excitement when my Universal Inbox said Complicated Light added a new weblog entry:
